You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

The role emphasizes community engagement, growing the local client base, and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite in a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation, advice, calculations, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term client relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
