Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at one of our retail locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

The position is on-site, with flexible hours and a focus on growing the TurboTax client base through local outreach and exceptional in-person support for tax preparation and software guidance.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location, including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver professional, clear explanations in everyday language.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base.
