As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite retail location work with weekend hours.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prep services for customers.
• Assist in local marketing and community outreach.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences in-store.
