Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a friendly, consultative manner.

Key activities include engaging with the local community, growing the client base, and delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while ensuring compliance with tax laws and company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and serving as a public face.
• Provide hands-on tax prep services and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Drive local client growth and convert prospects into long-term relationships with community engagement.
