Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for customers, building trust and long-term relationships within the community.

You will engage with prospects, support local marketing, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This role emphasizes tax expertise, client growth, and community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns (1040) prepared annually using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location (20+ hrs/wk).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and personalized service.
