Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging tax expertise and personable communication to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes. You will also help grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with marketing teams to make taxes accessible.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and online.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
