Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site atTurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, serving in-person customers with full-service tax preparation and advice.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, establish long-term relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing Intuit in the community and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes and ability to obtain state licenses or permits.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Comfort working onsite at TurboTax locations, including Sundays, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationship building.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
