Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships.

You will be a proactive community ambassador, delivering accessible tax guidance and leveraging marketing resources to expand TurboTax’s presence in your area.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and in marketing efforts.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
