Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will advise customers in-person, prepare tax returns, provide tax guidance, and leverage marketing support to grow a local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, exceptional service, and building long-term relationships while working on-site with a collaborative team of tax professionals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax retail or flagship location 20+ hours/week, Sundays through Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professional and personalized service.
