Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, offering tax preparation, advice, and software support in person.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and provide a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Intuit policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Interact with customers in-person and online, delivering clear explanations and building trust.
