Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, providing hands-on tax preparation and advisory services to customers in person.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, leverage marketing support, and deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment, helping clients navigate tax needs and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community by attracting new clients and building relationships.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and engage with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and a client-focused approach.
• Assist customers both in-person and using Intuit’s video tools to enhance service quality.
