Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to on-site customers using TurboTax products. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate tax needs, grow the local client base, and foster long-term relationships with the community.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney) required; strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must maintain or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as the public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow client base through local marketing and referrals; build relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve tax questions.
