Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations with clear, everyday language.

The role emphasizes growing the local client base, building trust, and delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting. Must reside in the United States and be able to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season using professional software.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, ≥20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Build long-term relationships and drive local customer growth.
