Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a part-time TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, helping them maximize refunds and plan for the future.

You will also engage with the local community, attract new clients, and build lasting relationships while leveraging marketing and TurboTax resources. Must reside in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at TurboTax Retail location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers (personal and business).
• Perform discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sources and professional tools.
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax client base in the community.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in local marketing efforts to raise brand awareness.
