Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, providing full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support with a focus on real-world financial outcomes.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing resources to build a thriving client portfolio while representing TurboTax as a trusted local ambassador.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN held as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience preferred.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to identify deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships with clients in-store and online.
