Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing client relationships in the local community.

You'll engage customers, represent the brand, and leverage marketing support to build a local client base. This non-exempt, on-site role requires part-time to full-time hours, including weekends, in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certifications as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing many 1040s per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers at on-site locations.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and support community outreach and marketing activities.
