Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with clear, friendly guidance. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience (1040)
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week
• Interest in local community presence as TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform
• Front-facing retail environment experience

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and CRM tools to grow the local client base.
