Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers achieve favorable financial outcomes.

You’ll grow the local client base, collaborate with marketing, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment. Must reside in the United States and be ready to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must hold or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax preparation regulations.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax retail/flagship location for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as the public face of TurboTax in the community.
• Engage prospects, nurture leads, and convert into long-term clients with proactive outreach.
• Lead with local marketing efforts and grow TurboTax client base with support from marketing.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
