Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes. You will build local client relationships, attract new customers with TurboTax marketing support, and participate in community engagement to grow the TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including personal and business returns.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships within the local community.
