Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships in your local community.

The role emphasizes customer service, outreach, and a trusted advisor approach to help clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes. A front-facing retail environment and uniform are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Build long-term relationships and grow the local client base with marketing support.
