Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help clients maximize refunds and ease tax season stress.

You’ll engage with the local community, collaborate with marketing support, and build long-term relationships. A valid EA/CPA/attorney license or eligibility, PTIN, and 3+ years of tax prep experience are required for this

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns for federal and state.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist customers with deductions, amendments, and tax planning.
• Lead local community outreach and client development with TurboTax marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer experience.
