Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll engage with the community, lead outreach efforts, and leverage marketing tools to grow your practice. A valid EA/CPA/attorney license and PTIN are required, with state licensing potential, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain relevant State licenses or certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on tax preparation experience in a retail setting.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax locations, Sundays to Saturdays, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Engage with local prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment and use marketing resources to grow the client base.
