Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in a friendly, community-focused setting.

This role emphasizes prospecting new clients, offering personalized tax solutions, and building lasting relationships within your local market. Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience and PTIN, can work

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships in the community.
