Intuit seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and advice to in-person customers. You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, build relationships, and collaborate with a team of financial professionals to provide personalized solutions.

Ideal candidates hold EA/CPA licenses, 3+ years of tax return experience, and are comfortable working at retail locations, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, represent TurboTax locally and engage with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including personal and business taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and trust, helping clients reach financial goals.
• Utilize government resources, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
