Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building a local client base and long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, 3+ years of tax prep experience, and are comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; uniforms are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; experience building local/community presence.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
