Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor to build confidence and loyalty.

Ideal candidates have active EA/CPA/attorney credentials, 3+ years of tax prep experience, and a willingness to engage with the local community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location in the US, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
