Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, tax advice, and software support, helping clients maximize refunds while growing a local client base.

The role requires on-site presence, a strong tax background (EA/CPA/attorney preferred), PTIN, and the ability to work 20+ hours weekly, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney license with tax prep experience preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits or bonds.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at local Retail/Flagship locations.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
