Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex situations with clear, personal guidance.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting. This non-exempt role requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support.
• Complete tax returns and offer deductions optimization.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build community relationships.
