Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, advise clients, and deliver personal and small business tax support in a community-focused setting.

As a local face of TurboTax, you’ll drive growth through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships, while guiding clients to Intuit solutions for long-term financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer future planning guidance.
• Lead local outreach, events, and partnerships to grow the customer base.
• Serve as local face of TurboTax, delivering premier customer experience.
