Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax as Local Service Experts in dedicated on-site locations across the United States.

This role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem. You will work with clients in person and virtually, build local relationships, lead community outreach, and grow the local TurboTax business, supported by marketing resources and training.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, mainly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and appear in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
