Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve clients in local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and drive community engagement using TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Build local client base through outreach, community events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure clients leave with a clear path and confidence in their finances.

EA (Enrolled Agent) / CPA / Practicing Attorney qualification
