Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in TurboTax locations across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. You will work on-site from a TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax preparation and advisory support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to holistic Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries.
