Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full‑service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You’ll also play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base and serving as the local face of Intuit in the community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory roles with training.
• Comfortable working onsite, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required trainings and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base and community relationships with marketing support.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries.
