Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, engage with clients in-person and virtually, and help customers navigate their tax needs.

This role emphasizes full-service tax preparation, client relationship building, and collaboration with a network of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business, including compliance training and up-skilling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and tax planning.
• Bridge clients with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with on-site and virtual clients.
