Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will help grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and use marketing tools to foster community prosperity, while working onsite with a team of financial experts.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ 1040 federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; promote Intuit offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience in person and via Intuit tools and meetings.
