Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice at a local TurboTax office.

You’ll work with a team to serve both in-person and virtual clients, ensuring a complete financial picture is addressed through collaboration with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, conduct outreach, and participate in community events while using Intuit tools to provide

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
