Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per tax season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a seamless Intuit experience in person and via online tools.
