Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax office. You will serve clients in person and virtually, delivering tax expertise and a seamless end-to-end experience while growing the local client base and collaborating with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

You will build relationships, deliver accurate tax solutions, and empower customers to achieve financial goals through personalized guidance and the use of Intuit

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized guidance.
