Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with customers in-person and virtually, offering comprehensive tax solutions and connecting clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem. This role emphasizes community outreach, building local client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while leveraging TurboTax tools and training to expand your practice in the

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Serve as a community ambassador to grow local client base
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions
