Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with specialists to address complex tax needs and proactively grow the local client base through community outreach. You will engage clients in person and virtually, provide personalized tax planning, and help customers navigate changes in tax laws while leveraging Intuit tools

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with tax prep experience preferred.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
onsite presence 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
Connect clients to Bookkeeping, Payroll, Financial planning, or Credit Karma as part of the Intuit ecosystem.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
