Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists for end-to-end service.

As a local advisor and business owner, you’ll grow the client base through community outreach, workshops, and partnerships, delivering a best-in-class customer experience while aligning with Intuit’s mission to empower financial prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax scenarios including personal and business income.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Coordinate with other Intuit specialists for end-to-end service.
