Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with a broader team to offer integrated tax and advisory services.

This role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and using Intuit tools to deliver personalized financial solutions.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to engage with local communities and prospective clients.
Solid understanding of tax concepts and client advisory.
Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
Onsite work with flexibility to meet peak periods (tax season).
Willingness to complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
Connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
Build lasting client relationships through trust and ongoing engagement.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via digital tools.
