Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of experts to address personal and business tax needs and connect clients to Intuit's broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping and financial planning, while building your local client base.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and branding activities
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and provide planning guidance
• Collaborate with specialists for business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with localized service
