Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will handle personal and business tax scenarios, deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, and grow the local client base with strong community engagement.

As part of a collaborative team, you will connect clients with Intuit solutions, pride yourself on outstanding service, and participate in marketing and events to build long-term

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via TurboTax tools.
