Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service tax return preparation at on‑site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will engage with personal and business clients, grow the local client base, and connect customers with Intuit’s ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will work from a TurboTax location, delivering an end-to-end client experience and building long-term relationships while leveraging

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships and build trust through excellent service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience using in-person and video tools.
