Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You’ll provide tax prep, expert advice, and connect customers with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services from the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll help grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment across tax season and beyond.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with complementary services.
• Present a professional, trusted local face for TurboTax.
