Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide expert advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service while growing the local client base and community presence.

You will engage clients in person and virtually, handling diverse tax scenarios and building long-term relationships. Training is provided, with a focus on customer-first experiences and brand integrity.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20 hrs/wk min.
• Willing to training and uniform use, advertising with your name.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation.
• Assist clients with deductions, amendments, and planning.
• Engage local community, grow TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, finance partners.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings with customers.
