Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You’ll build relationships, expand the local client base, and drive loyalty through in-person and virtual support. Strong sales and community outreach, plus willingness to train, are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience is preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 preferred.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and support across in-person and virtual engagements.
