Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while coordinating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit services for personal and business tax needs.

You will also act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and foster long-term relationships using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA designation or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, M–F, at least 20 hours/week; hours may scale during peak season.
• Must complete all required training and development; may include compliance, upskilling, cross-training, and professional development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; may need to use your name/photo for advertising.
• Interested in building local and online social presence and creating tax-related content per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for communication with clients.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and drive brand awareness.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address broader needs.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients through tax engagements and advisory meetings.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and assist clients with tax planning and future planning.
