Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location and serve in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation, planning, and software support.

You will collaborate with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience in a local community. You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and provide a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools

Qualifikationen

• Active tax preparation credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ 1040s/year) preferred.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a superior customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
